My Oh My

Finally in a place where I can have some natural green as my background and maintain a decent amount of control over the camera (since all my shots are taken using the self timer).

The idea for this dress pretty much came to me in process as I was trying to figure out what could be done with all that blue knit material. Versatile pieces like this--that can be worn alone, over pants/tights, with a shirt underneath, etc.-- are my favorite.

I am enroute to the Atlanta/Decatur, GA area in order to engage in various fashion/design related activities but am taking some time to enjoy stillness and do my work in a very peaceful place in the back woods of north Louisiana. Then, in a few weeks I'm on the road again. Uuuumm, and I'm pretty much just gonna be winging it when I get to Atl, so if anybody has the word on decent, reasonably priced living situation in the area, let me know, please. Thankyaverymuch! :-)

Found my old Des'ree cassette tape in the car the other day and have been playing it every since. The first 3 songs on the tape are some of my faves.

Goosebumps! You look lovely set against the greenery! Just lovely. Making moves, are we? Wings are wondrous things. Good luck on your journey...I'll keep an ear for affordable housing.(just as soon as I'm done waxing nostalgic with Des'ree)

Love the outside shots!

Glad you're getting ready to take flight. I'm thinking Terrea from T. Kimberlyn Designs just moved from that area recently.....she may have some good tips for you.

I'm glad you are on your way AND still able to do what you love to do! The dress is a great piece.

I can't wait to read about all the adventure of the ATL

That's a great set. That green background looks great with you on the foreground.

Have fun on the road and yes, that Des'ree took me back in time :-).

Greetings from London.
