Um..this halter [dress] was supposed to be a bit longer:
...so now I'm guessing it'd be better described as a top. I know there are brave ones out there who'll wear it as it was originally intended. All I can say is when the wind gets to blowing, look out!

I'm off to delve further into the world of phonetics. I'm going for another 'A' on next Wednesday night's linguistics test. The title of this post is practice in the area of transcription.
