Awww, I loved the story! What a regal looking dress! I like the colors.

Thanks for sharing your photos. Funny, when Joe and I were shopping for our first apartment in 1989, one of my fantasy places was a vine covered building. One of the windows was almost completely covered. I had a fond appreciation for nature's willful abandon even then.

Have a great day!

Most excellent !

You're such a gifted artist and such a powerful soul :) An ethereal dress ! You on the bench, so filled with life and at the same time, outside of it all, just watching. I was a window dresser for a short time too, women's clothing.

I hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful and that you had so very much to be thankful for :)

I love Meshell, and also Happy Thanksgiving, although belatedly. If you have time, dig out a youtube clip where Meshell is about to perform on The Tube, a programme that used to come out years ago on Channel 4 in GB and the presenter gets her surname wrong. In fact he can't even pronounce it correctly.

Nice design.

Greetings from London.

Love the color combo of that dress!

Fun to see pics of your work as visual display person for Stein Mart, too. Bet they were sad to see you go!

tameka--i think vines growing all over the place is just great. the way they just do their think regardless really fascinates me.

diva--ha! yes they were. in fact, they've propositioned me to come back on a couple occasions. i don't know. it was fun, but i just got tired of it after a while. not to mention the fact that my lil petite self had to constantly climb ladders and carry all sorts of heavy stuff on a regular basis (sometimes while climbing the ladder)

juli--thank you. you always make me smile. :-)

thanks, all. and hopefully your day of giving thanks was filled with love and joy.
